How To Incorporate The 7 Food Groups Into Your Diet

4. Dairy

Adults are advised to consume 3 dairy products each day, while children and the elderly should consume 4 per day. The amount of fat in cheese should limit consumption. Dairy products contain calcium, but also proteins of high quality.

5. Meat, fish or eggs

6. Fats
